Once we receive your booking, we’ll contact you to confirm your appointment, provide directions, and share helpful details to ensure you get the most out of your one-of-a-kind experience with the pack.

Participant Requirements

This experience involves close interaction with free-moving animals and requires a moderate level of physical fitness and awareness. Participants must be able to understand and quickly respond to guide instructions in English, remain alert, ambulate independently on uneven terrain, and move confidently while maintaining stable footing around large animals. Mobility aids such as wheelchairs or walkers cannot be used onsite or during the experience.

This experience is not suitable for individuals who are physically unstable or who have significant mobility limitations. Please ensure that everyone in your group meets these requirements before booking.

Guests who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, or have low vision must provide their own qualified interpreter or guide to assist them. The interpreter or guide must be able to communicate instructions quickly and remain with the participant for the full duration of the experience. Such interpreters and guides are welcome to attend but must pay regular admission fees.

Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and must not have any medical condition, injury, or other circumstance that could affect their ability to safely participate.

If you have a disability or require assistance, please contact us in advance so we can determine whether the experience can be safely adapted or recommend an alternative option. For safety reasons, final participation is determined onsite at staff discretion. Staff reserve the right to deny participation if these safety requirements are not met. All guests must sign a waiver before beginning the experience. This policy is strictly enforced to protect both our guests and the pack.
